• Refunds or exchanges are only available if your LEGO® frame arrives damaged.

• To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

2. Hot Wheels & Posters

• All Hot Wheels and poster purchases are final sale.

• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for these products under any circumstances.

3. General Conditions

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
